Thank you for choosing our cabin for your vacation. In order to provide our guests with the best experience, we encourage them to follow the following rules before, during and after their stay.

Age Requirement

Primary Renter must be 25 or older.

By confirming your booking, you agree to adhere to the Rental Agreement and Rental Rules set forth in this listing. If you bring more people than agreed upon by your reservation, you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged an extra $100 per person per night.

Check-in

Check-in time is via custom keypad code and starts at 4pm. Check out time is at 10am. Sorry, no early check-in or late check-out can be provided. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your cabin is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

Fireplace

Please do not run the fireplace and the air conditioner at the same time.

Roku/Netflix

Please ensure to log off from all your accounts at Check-out.

Supplies

We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. Pots and pans are provided. No zip locks, foil, oil, sprays, or condiments are provided. Starter kit provided includes: 2 toilet paper per bathroom, 2 soaps/shampoo per bathroom, paper towel, Finish tabs for the dishwasher, laundry detergent, wrapped sponge for washing dishes, Liquid soap for dishes and All size trash bags. The closest grocery story is about 2 miles from cabin (Kroger & Publix). Walmart is 4.5 miles from the cabin. We appreciate that our guests take good care of the home we have set up, and we do ask that you use only what you need during your stay.

We require all guests to sign and return the rental agreement. A security deposit hold is required prior to arrival of $300 and automatically released after departure unless property damage is encountered.

RENTAL RULES

1. Smoking is NOT allowed and Drugs of any kind are NOT permitted.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the online agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the online itinerary. No more than 12 persons (including infants) are allowed in the cabin at any time.

3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00pm – 8:00am. If you plan to party, please do not book this cabin.

4. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

5. Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Removing any items from the cabin including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted.

6. Please only use appliances for their intended use.

7. Pets are NOT allowed.

8. Parking: vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Please do not take towels or linens with you.

10. Check out is at 10 AM.

Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper quickly prepare for the next guest.

Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle.

Please remove and dispose of all items in the refrigerator.

DO NOT remove the sheets from the beds. Place towels on the floor (not in the bathtub) of the bathrooms.

Please lock all doors and all windows upon departure.

11. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage receptacle, outside the main door.

12. Hot Tub: The hot tub should be set no lower than 85 or more than 104 degrees at all times. Please read and follow the rules on the wall. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. Please do not stand on the hot tub covers. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or group of people. Guess will be responsible for replacement fee. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm. Shower with soap and water before you come in. Enter and exit the hot tub slowly. Please no jumping or diving. Do not bring glass in or near hot tub. Do not use alcohol, narcotics or medications that can cause sleepiness. Elderly persons, pregnant women, anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or any other serious illness should consider consulting with their doctor before use. Children below 18 years of age must be supervised by an adult at all times. Do not enter, if temperature is over 104 Fahrenheit. Limit your soak to 15 minutes and cool off before reentering. Please replace spa cover after each use. Please do not sit or lay down on cover. Please turn off jets after use. Please do not use soaps or oil in spa. Use at your own risk.

13. Weather: No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. We highly recommend a four-wheel drive vehicle during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.

14. Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, pool table, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc, are the sole responsibility of the guest. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, please notify the owner immediately. Please treat our home as if it were you own.

15. Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with the above rules will result in non-return of security deposit and possible additional charges. Booking through Airbnb assigns your consent to all listed under "House Rules".
