This level also includes a bedroom and a full bath. The upper level offers a private retreat with a bedroom featuring an ensuite bath and walk-in shower, alongside a loft area dedicated to entertainment. The lower level provides a full bath, a front-load washer and dryer, and access to a private covered porch. Sleeping arrangements on the lower level consist of two large bedrooms, including a bunk room.
