Drugs, including marijuana (medical or otherwise), are not permitted IN or AROUND the home.
Pets need to be crated when you are not in the cabin and are not allowed on furniture, beds, and blankets. Guests are responsible for any damages. You MUST clean up after yourselves and not leave trash lying around, animal waste, or debris for our cleaners.
Vape pens, smoke, incense, and candles are not permitted in the cabin, and a fee of $500 WILL be assessed if you violate this rule.
Max number of guests allowed in the home during the day is eight, and the number of people sleeping in the property is six.
Guests should not create excessive noise, use inappropriate language, or cause a disturbance for neighboring properties. STRICTLY ENFORCED are neighborhood quiet hours from 8 pm to 8 am. If you plan to party, DO NOT BOOK THIS CABIN. It is our home, and you must treat it as such. We will cancel your reservation and ask you to leave if you cannot abide by this rule.
The owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
The homeowners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables by guests. By accepting this Reservation, it is agreed that the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others' homes they invite to use the premises is not the owner’s responsibility.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order; removing any items from the cabin, including living and kitchen furnishings, is not permitted.
Parking: You may park vehicles on our property. ZERO parking is available or permitted on the street, and you risk being towed if you park on the street.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the cabin.
Any garbage must be stowed in the bear-proof receptacle located on the porch.
Hot Tub: No children under the age of 14 may be permitted in the hot tub at any time without adult supervision. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, and replenish chemicals prior to arrival, so it IS POSSIBLE the water will NOT be hot the moment you arrive. It takes time for the new water to cycle and heat. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVER. When not using the hot tub, leave the cover on to keep the water warm. You assume all health risks associated with hot tub use.
Failure to comply with the above rules will result in possible additional charges. Booking through Airbnb assigns your consent to all terms listed under “House Rules."
- Before checkout
Please ensure the hot tub cover is returned to the top of the hot tub. And if you'll be so kind, place any unwashed dishes in the dishwasher and start on the way out. Our team will dry and put them away.
