The layout is spread across three levels to maximize space and privacy. The main entry level includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living area with a TV and seasonal gas fireplace. Two bedrooms—one King and one Queen—both with TVs, and a full bathroom are also located on this floor. The upper level hosts another King bedroom with a TV, a Queen bedroom, a full bathroom, and a cozy loft with a sleeper sofa. The lowest level is dedicated to entertainment, featuring a game room with a pool table, TV, and a second seasonal gas fireplace, along with a full bathroom and laundry room.

Outdoor living is a highlight here, with two levels of decks including a wrap-around porch with outdoor seating and a steaming hot tub for relaxing under a winter mountain view.

Location & Neighborhood: Situated in Gatlinburg, the property is located close to the newly renovated Ober Mountain Ski Resort. • Pets: Dog friendly (2 dog limit, max 60 lbs per dog). Dogs must be registered, are not allowed on furniture, and must be crated if left alone.
• Smoking: No smoking inside; please use ashtrays on porches.
• Important: The cabin uses streaming TV only (no cable); guests should bring their own logins. Be mindful of steep and winding mountain roads and never feed the wildlife.
