Sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort with high-quality mattresses, including 3 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 3 Twin beds, and 2 Full size beds.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Lodging only: Parties, events, or gatherings (including day-use by local friends/family) are strictly prohibited
• No pets allowed: Due to severe owner allergies, there is a strict no-animal policy
• Pool Heat: Optional for $175/night (3-night minimum) or $900/week. Request at least one week in advance. Note: Water features are disabled when pool heat is active
• Spa Care: A $200 fee applies if the hot tub is left in unusable condition (e.g., low water or unusual color)
• Payment: 50% due at booking, remaining 50% charged 30 days prior to check-in
