Guest will follow all house rules.

1. The guest must be at least 24 years old, is required to sign rental agreement & upload valid photo ID within 48 hours of booking. If you fail to return rental agreement & government issued photo ID or refuse to sign rental agreement no access will be given and will be required to cancel reservation. The name on the Reservation, Government ID, and Credit Card must all be the same. 1a. No third-party booking is allowed. The person signing the agreement must also be staying at the cabin during the period of the Rental Agreement.
2. Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement, but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

4. Please lock the door behind you. Any cabin that is left unsecured by the guest, resulting in items being damaged or stolen, will be the responsibility of the registered guest. He/She will incur the cost of replacing any items which are damaged or stolen.
5. Check in time is 4 pm EST and Check out time is by 10 am EST. unless prearranged with the host. A late checkout fee of $25 per 15mins after 10 am.
6. For maintenance problems between 7am & 5pm EST please call host. Maintenance problems after 5pm EST will not be addressed until the following day, unless it is an emergency. Example Frozen or leaking water pipes, overflowing drains.
7. No Smoking, Vaping. Evidence of Smoking/Vaping will result in a minimum charge of $250.00 to the card on file.
8. No Pets are allowed for the respect of people with allergies. If evidence of pet is found after your stay a fee of $100 per pet, per night will be charge.
9. $15.00 charge per person per night for all guest over 5.
10. Number of guests is limited to amount booked in Rental Agreement only. Any guest over the amount booked up to max. guests allow will be charged $50.00 per person per night. If over max guest allowed limit, this will terminate your stay with no refund.
11. Fireplace is only for use between October 1st and March 31st. Do not leave the fireplace on when you leave the house as this presents a fire hazard.
12. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather, power outages, or road conditions. Host will do their best to warn the guests of any conditions they are aware of, but guest will be responsible for looking for themselves.
13. House parties are strictly prohibited and will result in termination of your stay with no refund.
14. Fireworks are not allowed.
15. Deposit all trash in the outdoor trash bin and make sure the doors are closed and secured.
16. Critters & Wildlife: Each rental is professionally treated for pest control on a regular basis. Occasionally a few critters could make their way inside These are rare instances and no refund will be given
17. Please leave all TV Remotes in the rooms you find them in as the remotes are programmed to that TV.
