Important Guest Information: Pet-friendly accommodation with $150 pet fee per reservation. Pets must remain leashed outdoors due to wildlife presence and are not permitted in the upstairs carpeted bedroom. Smoking inside incurs a $500 fee. Maximum occupancy is 7 guests with no parties or events allowed. Check-in is between 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM, and checkout by 10:00 AM (late checkout $100 fee). Exterior security cameras monitor entryways and surroundings for safety. Due to the mountain location, guests may encounter ladybugs and other small wildlife despite monthly pest prevention treatments.
