The Desert Oasis sleeping arrangements are designed with individual personality: the spacious master suite boasts a luxurious and inviting King sized bed, a Smart TV, and a show-stopping master bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. A second master suite provides another luxurious King bed with a private walk-in shower. The third bedroom offers a versatile Queen Murphy bed and can double as an office space with a large desk and chair.
At the heart of the home is a magazine-worthy kitchen featuring two large islands, a wine fridge, Viking appliances, and an open floor plan with doors that open to spectacular golf course views. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. To ensure a stress-free stay, a rental agreement and government-issued ID are required within 24 hours of booking. This is a non-smoking home. Pets are allowed only with prior approval and a non-refundable fee; cats are not permitted. State law strictly prohibits parties or events. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and the property is equipped with Noise Aware monitoring. For safety, surveillance cameras are located on the front exterior only. Travelers must be 25 years or older to book.

Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor: This vacation rental is located in a residential neighborhood perfect for your getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am and guests are asked to be mindful of neighbors. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. Any fines will be passed onto the guests. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.
Guest Verification Language: I give permission to the property manager to verify my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation. Please reach out to the property manager for complete terms regarding the guest verification. Service fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
