The secondary bedroom is equally inviting, boasting a queen-size bed and an additional twin bed to suit a variety of sleeping arrangements. For extra flexibility, the spacious living room includes a pull-out couch, providing a relaxing retreat to kick back and enjoy quality time with loved ones.

Designed for both relaxation and productivity, the home features a dedicated workspace and desk. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. For added convenience, guests have access to an in-unit washer and dryer, allowing you to pack light and travel with ease.

Important Rules & Policies: Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guest making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and present for the entire stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over 23. Breach of these rules or occupancy limits may result in fines or eviction. A starter supply of paper products and toiletries is provided, though guests are encouraged to bring additional supplies for longer stays. Please note that late departures without approval or leaving the house excessively messy may result in fines of up to $300.

Payment Schedule: 50% is due at confirmation, with the remaining 50% balance due 30 days before check-in.
