The renovated cottage is designed for comfort and style, featuring a fresh interior with double glazing and an open-plan living area. Guests can enjoy the warmth of a cosy log burner or step through bifold doors onto the deck to soak in the coastal scenery. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 6 guests, featuring one King Bed (a New Sleepyhead Ballance Plush), a double bed bunk bed with one single bed, a fully operational sofa bed, and a fold-up single mattress. All beds are paired with fresh linen, feather/down cosy duvets, and soft throws.
While the structured amenities list is currently being updated, the cottage is meticulously equipped for a seamless stay. The space includes a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine (beans supplied) and a well-stocked pantry. For relaxation and convenience, you will find a new bathroom complete with a shower, wall heater, and fluffy towels, as well as a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Entertainment options abound with a Smart TV, JBL Bluetooth radio, board games, a toy box, books, and DVDs. For those seeking adventure, kayaks and life jackets are available on-site.
Waikawa Beach is a user-friendly destination where you can walk, swim, or fish, with plenty of room to find your own private spot on the sand. Please note that while TinyVille (a tiny house) is located next door, privacy screens are in place to ensure your seclusion.
