For additional flexibility, a sleeper sofa is also available in the living room.

This home is an entertainment hub, featuring a dedicated media and game room equipped with a pool table and foosball table. Relaxation is easy on the main level deck in the hot tub or while enjoying the fresh air from the two back patio decks and one front patio deck. Guests also enjoy access to the community pool, which typically operates from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

• Scheduled trash pick-up: Available for a $55 fee
• Starter supplies: Limited shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and cleaning packets are provided; guests are responsible for all other supplies, food, beverages, and bagged ice
• Restrictions: No BBQ grill is available on-site
