The cabin features a thoughtful layout with 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Each of the three primary bedrooms is a private sanctuary featuring a king-size bed, its own TV, a relaxing jacuzzi tub, and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a standup shower.

On the main level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, along with a living room featuring a seasonal gas fireplace and TV. For outdoor enjoyment, the large back deck offers a gas grill, seating, mountain views, and a relaxing hot tub. The upper level hosts a lofted game room complete with a pool table, arcade game, and a sleeper sofa, as well as access to an upper deck for more mountain vistas. Additional conveniences include a washer, dryer, a half bathroom, and a ramp and walkway leading to the front porch.

Located in the exclusive Riversong area, Bedford Falls puts you close to the Gatlinburg Parkway, the Greenbrier River, the National Park, and the Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts Trail. You are also just 4 miles from Rocky Top Sports World, making it an ideal base for exploring the region's famous hikes, lookout points, and local wineries.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dogs are welcome (limit 2 dogs, max 60 lbs each). They must be registered, paid for, crated if left alone, and kept off the furniture.
• Restrictions: No smoking inside the cabin; guests must be 25 or older to rent.
• Note: Internet is provided for general browsing and email; streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) are not allowed. Please be aware that roads to the property are steep and winding. Do not feed the wildlife.
