Discover a serene, year-round retreat at The Wabi Sabi, an exquisite Japandi-inspired home located in North Grenville, Ontario. Set beside a scenic golf course, this one-of-a-kind residence blends sleek, functional elegance with natural textures and neutral tones, creating a tranquil atmosphere that has even been featured in multiple TV and film productions.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests, the home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a King bed, two bedrooms with Queen beds, and a fourth bedroom with a full bunkbed. To ensure maximum cleanliness and comfort, all mattresses and pillows are encased in protective covers, with a variety of pillow firmness options available in the larger rooms.

The layout is thoughtfully distributed across three levels. The first floor offers a welcoming main entrance, a versatile den for those needing an open office, a cozy living room with a fireplace, a powder room, and an 8-seat dining area. The heart of the home is the modern farmhouse chef's kitchen, boasting high-end appliances, a 4-seat breakfast table, and a dedicated herb and seasoning station. The second floor serves as a restful sanctuary containing the bedrooms, a full ensuite bathroom, another full bathroom, and a laundry room. This level also includes a bonus room for entertainment, featuring a foosball table, giant Connect-4, and a TV with Disney+ and 20,000 classic games. The basement adds to the fun with a basketball arcade and a hockey game table.

For families traveling with little ones, the home is exceptionally infant and toddler-friendly, providing a mini crib, changing table, baby swing, baby bath, two highchairs, a booster seat, and outlet covers.
