Designed for comfort and flexibility, the layout features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a spacious Master Bedroom with a King-sized bed and a luxurious jacuzzi tub in the attached bathroom, a second inviting bedroom with a King-sized bed and ensuite bath, and a cozy third bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and its own attached bathroom. For additional sleeping space, a Queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room.
Inside, the home is centered around a cozy living room featuring a crackling propane fireplace and plush sofas. The culinary haven of a kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a full-sized refrigerator, and a wooden dining table. For entertainment, the dedicated game room offers a pool table, arcade games, and corn hole for friendly competition.
Outdoor living is elevated by expansive decks with gorgeous mountain views and a private hot tub perfect for unwinding beneath the stars. Guests also enjoy exclusive access to seasonal community pools and tennis courts within the Cobbly Nob community.
Located near the Bent Creek Golf Course and the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community, the cabin provides easy access to park entrances on the Pittman Center and Cosby side of Gatlinburg. You are just minutes away from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, as well as attractions in Pigeon Forge and downtown Gatlinburg, including Dollywood, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, and The Island.

Adult renters must be over the age of 25. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by parents and/or adults over the age of 25, who make up the majority of the party. Our cabin is meant for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, so we do not allow disruptive gatherings, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, loud celebrations, or any events that may disturb the tranquility of the space. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our home and neighbors Per our insurance policy and to complete the reservation process, we are required to have a copy of YOUR photo ID. We also will need a list of guests and ages as well. Any pets (for non-pet-friendly cabins) or extra people brought to the cabin are a rules violation and will result in an extra charge of $500 and immediate removal with no refund. Guest late check out is billed at $50/hour round up every 30 min. Smoking tobacco/marijuana/other inside is a $500 fee WAIVER OF LIABILITY for rentals with the following amenities: Pool/Hot Tub: You understand that the use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub/pool. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from the use of the hot tub/pool and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that the hot tub/pool may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the hot tub/pool, or if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the hot tub/pool while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or uses the hot tub if pregnant. FRAUD & FALSE CLAIMS POLICY We take guest satisfaction seriously. However, we will report fraudulent claims, staged photos, or attempts to receive discounts or refunds without a valid cause directly to the booking channel. We store documentation for all properties. Any concerns must be reported immediately with documentation upon discovery so we can promptly correct them. We reserve the right to dispute any claim that does not align with property condition reports. Requests for refunds made after checkout, without prior communication, or that are inconsistent with records may be denied, and the profile may be reported.
