The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to accommodate groups: the first bedroom offers a queen bed with an en suite full bath; the second and third bedrooms each feature a queen bed and share a jack-and-jill full hall bath; and the fourth bedroom serves as a spacious bunk room with a king bed, a twin bed with a twin trundle, and a twin-over-twin bunk with a trundle and full bath.

Inside, you will find beautiful furnishings and finishes throughout, including ceiling fans in every room. The recently remodeled kitchen is a highlight, boasting gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The main living area is perfectly set for relaxation and group bonding. On the ground level, convenience meets fun with a storage closet equipped with beach chairs and sand toys, an outdoor shower, and a washer and dryer.

• Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs allowed (subject to approval and a non-refundable fee of $100 per dog per stay)
• Requirements: Primary guest must be 25+ years old and present during the stay; a valid Driver's License and Guest Agreement are required within 24 hours of booking
• Rules: Absolutely no prom, graduation, or large parties. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced
