House Rules Must Have Signed Rental Agreement and copy of ID -HAVE FUN, RELAX, GO OUTSIDE, ENJOY -Please treat our cabin with the same respect you would treat it if it were your own. -No Smoking inside the Cabin. If you smoke, please smoke in the driveway. (Collect your Butts not in an interior trash can) Signs of smoking inside will be charged as per the policies in the RA. -We are a no pet cabin; However, SERVICE DOGS as long as we are aware, they will be included in the guest count. -Please report anything not working or anything unsatisfactory ASAP. This is the only way we can fix it. We would rather know about it directly from you so that we can try fix the situation, not in a review.

• No illegal activities of any kind digital, or otherwise.

• No Parties larger than your guest count unless prearranged in writing with the owner

• Infants 2 and under are to be included in the guest count

• Please never leave children unsupervised at our property.

• Please do not climb the trees on the property

• Please maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes. This also keeps the uninvited visitors (Bugs) out

• Please report any accidental damage so that we can come up with a solution. Otherwise items will be charged at replacement cost

• We hope and expect you will have lots of laughter and fun time during your vacation! We only ask that you are mindful of the nighttime hours.

• Please Close and Lock all Windows and Doors when out enjoying the Smokey Mountains and Local Areas

• You are responsible for the safety of yourself and the children staying with you.

• When you are away from the cabin enjoying the local sights, please adjust the Thermostat to 74 degrees in the warm months and to 68 or in the cold months.

• Please ensure that you have read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay and if anything is unclear please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstanding.

• Again, Have Fun!!! This is your VACATION TIME and we hope you make the most of our home, its amenities and your well-earned opportunity to relax and visit Gatlinburg, surrounding areas and the Smoky Mountains!!!!!!!!

• Last thing as you know we live in a review-based world these days. If there is something out of order, the cleanliness is off or not as we described on our website or other venues please let us know so we can try to fix it. We would rather hear from you than in “Bad Review” Our hopes are to provide you with an extremely comfortable and safe visit to our cabin and hope you tell family & friends.

CHECK OUT PROCEDURES

• PLACE ALL TRASH IN THE BEAR BINS NEXT TO THE DRIVEWAY

• PLACE ALL USED TOWELS IN THE BATHTUB (MAINLEVEL)

• NO NEED TO STRIP THE BEDS, OUR HOUSEKEEPING PARTNER WILL HANDLE THIS

• WASH ALL DISHES EITHER LOAD AND START THE DISHWASHER OR BY HAND IS FINE YOUR CALL

• LOCK ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS

• TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS

• SEND US A MESSAGE OR CALL TO LET US KNOW YOU HAVE LEFT THE CABIN

• HAVE A SAFE TRIP

Additional Avoidable Charges • No Pets Please unless otherwise approved $75 additional cleaning fee unapproved pets found =loss of deposit +$250

• Smoking in the house $350 for deep cleaning.

• Please no additional guest that are not on your reservation. The cabin is priced to host a maximum of 10 guest, this includes infants under 2. $75 per additional guest per night not on you guest list.

• Please wash all dishes. $75 additional charge for excessive dirty dishes
