Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 3:00 PM via lockbox, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please be aware that there is currently construction next door on an apartment block, which may result in noise from the early morning. Pets are not allowed. A security deposit is required to ensure the return of keys and remotes, and lost or broken cards incur a $75.00 charge. Guests must provide a copy of their driver's license or passport upon booking; the guest name and ID must match the credit card used for payment. A Check-In Form and ID are required prior to arrival.
