• Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed with a $125 pet fee. Dogs must be house-trained, vaccinated, and on flea/tick prevention. No fenced yard; dogs must stay on a leash.
• House Rules: No smoking, no parties or events. Exterior security cameras are located at entry points.
• Important Notes: The cabin uses a private well (water may be affected by power outages). 4WD is strongly recommended during winter. Please note there may be daytime construction noise from a neighboring lot.
• Damage Coverage: Reservations include coverage for up to $300 in accidental damages; amounts exceeding this are the guest's responsibility.
