Free parking accommodates 3 cars with space for small-midsize RVs. A late checkout fee of $100 per half hour applies if not vacated by 10AM. The property cannot provide refunds for weather-related conditions, power outages, or acts of God - travel insurance is strongly recommended. Starter amenities are provided, but larger groups may need additional supplies.
