Booking Requirements Primary renter must be 21 years or older Must sign rental agreement and provide valid ID within 24 hours of booking Must comply with all local laws and community guidelines Maximum occupancy as defined by the specific unit No additional overnight guests beyond reservation count without approval PARTIES & EVENTS No parties, large gatherings, or events unless pre-approved in writing Unauthorized events may result in immediate eviction without refund QUIET HOURS Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding properties SMOKING No smoking inside the cabin Smoking permitted outdoors only, with proper disposal Evidence of smoking indoors will result in an automatic upgrade to the smoking rate and will be charged to the card on file 🐾 PETS (if applicable) Pets allowed only if authorized by individual cabin Pet fee will apply Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding and must be crated when left unattended Pets are not allowed in or around pool areas or in pools Additional cleaning fee will be applied for pet damage or pet hair on furniture or bedding SAFETY & PROPERTY USE Do not move furniture No open flames inside (candles, etc.) Use hot tub, fireplaces, and appliances responsibly and per posted guidelines DAMAGES Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear Report any issues immediately so we can address them quickly CLEANLINESS Please dispose of trash in designated areas Leave the home in reasonable condition (no excessive mess) PARKING Park only in designated areas Do not block driveways or access roads WEATHER / MOUNTAIN CONDITIONS Some mountain roads can be steep and winding 4WD/AWD may be required in winter months No refunds due to weather conditions SECURITY Exterior cameras may be present for safety and monitoring occupancy No cameras inside the home CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Our Target Check-in time is 3pm. We will update you throughout the day should this be delayed.
