The home is designed for relaxation and connection, featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed across three levels to accommodate up to nine guests. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed with lake views in the first bedroom, a Queen bed in the second, two twin beds in the third, and a Queen bed with a twin trundle bed in the fourth.

At the heart of the home is the great room, where floor-to-ceiling windows offer amazing views of the surrounding mountains and lake. This space is anchored by a cozy wood stove, perfect for chilly evenings. The interior also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a small dining area, and multiple gathering spaces. For added entertainment, guests can enjoy foosball in the downstairs living area. The master suite features an older jetted tub for added relaxation.

Outside, an expansive deck overlooks the water, providing a serene spot to sip morning coffee or watch for local wildlife. Guests have private access to the lake via a long, steep path, where kayaks are available for a peaceful paddle across the water.

Located in Wasilla, the property is ideally situated for exploring the Mat-Su Valley. Guests are close to downtown Wasilla shopping and restaurants, the Hatcher Pass recreation area, and various hiking, fishing, and wildlife viewing spots. The home also provides easy access to Palmer and day trips to Talkeetna.

• Important Notes: The home is a two-story structure requiring stairs. It does not have air conditioning, and the sun through the large windows can make the interior quite warm. As the property uses a well and septic tank, please flush only toilet paper. For safety, outdoor security cameras are active on the front steps, driveway, and back porch. Please supervise children at all times near the lake access.
