Welcome to StayYouSoon, where you can experience the authentic Spanish life by the sea in a brand-new, modern villa located in charming San Pedro del Pinatar. This cozy retreat is perfectly positioned in a quiet area of Lo Pagán, just 400 meters—a brief 5-minute walk—from the serene beaches of the Mar Menor.

The villa is designed for comfort and privacy, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed with one bedroom located downstairs, two bedrooms upstairs, and a convenient sofa bed in the living room to accommodate up to 6 guests. For your complete relaxation, the beds are always made and air conditioning is provided in all rooms.

One of the standout features of this property is the 100% private heated pool and jacuzzi, which is surrounded by a wall to ensure your privacy is fully respected and guaranteed. Please note that from October 1st to March 30th, there is a fee of €100 per stay for heating the pool to the standard temperature of 28°C.

🏡 House rules We've put a lot of passion and care into creating this luxury space. We kindly ask you to treat the villa with the same respect as you would your own home. If anything is unclear, please feel free to contact us to avoid misunderstandings.

Sleeping comfort & linens: Luxury bedding and towels are included. The beds are made up based on the number of registered guests.

Security & Alarm: For your safety, the villa is equipped with a Securitas alarm system. We ask you to always activate this when you leave the property. There is camera surveillance at the access points on the outside (with video recording for security purposes). Of course, there are no cameras inside or near the pool.

Smoke-Free Accommodation: Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed outside on the terrace, provided you use the ashtrays and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Tranquility & Community: Our neighborhood is dear to us. Respect the peace of the permanent residents and avoid making noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties and events are not allowed.

Guests & Visitors: Only registered guests have access to the house. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Food & Drink: Please only eat in the dining room or on the terraces to keep the bedrooms impeccable and fresh.

Sustainability: Help us save energy by turning off the air conditioning, lights and electronics when you leave the villa. Please keep windows and doors closed when the air conditioner is on.

Care for the interior: Handle the furniture with care and do not move it. Report any damage or defects immediately so that we can repair them for you in a timely manner.

Key management: Take care of your keys. If a key is lost, we are forced to charge a €75 replacement fee.

Check-out Etiquette: We ask you to leave the villa tidy. Please do the dishes and dispose of your trash in the containers in the park opposite the villa. This allows us to keep cleaning costs low and avoid extra fees.

A tidy house is a happy house! We kindly ask you to leave the villa broom clean and to place the dishes, clean and dry, in the cabinets. Also, don't forget to turn off the heater or AC.
