We have some very basic house rules that we ask that you abide by during your stay.

These rules are meant for you to review before your stay and are simple. Best case scenario, we (your hosts) do not make have to make reference to any of rules during your stay :)

If any of the house rules are broken, we have the right to ask you to leave without a refund.

| THE BASICS |

1.) OCCUPANTS - All booking guests must be 25+ (with the exception of children accompanied by their parents). For this listing, no more than 8 guests (including children) may be at the property. Please list all guests on the guest list - any guest not on the list will be your responsibility, not ours. If you are bringing more, you will be asked to leave without refund and/or charged an extra $25/night.

2.) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT - Check-in time is any time after 4pm and check-out time is at 10am. No exceptions.

Before you leave we ask that you do a couple simple things! ( a. ) empty the refrigerator and dispose items into the trash ( b. ) load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it ( c. ) leave any used beds unmade ( d. ) and place towels on the floor (not in the bathtub) of the bathrooms and ( e. ) gather all your belongings!

It does come with a few rules as well:

( a.) No children under the age of 18 are permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision
( b.) DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break, and you may be charged for replacement.
( c.) When not using the hot tub, leave the cover on so it stays warm.

Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill, and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. When using the hot tub, please remember there are health risks associated with its use - please use it at your own risk.
