The home is designed for maximum flexibility and comfort, featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms, with a total guest capacity of 9. On the second floor, you will find the primary suite with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a jetted tub and walk-in shower, a second bedroom with a king bed, and a game room equipped with 2 twin beds, arcade games, and toys, which is ideal for children. The first floor offers a private exterior entrance, operating almost like a separate apartment, which contains a guest bedroom with a full bed and a living area with a pull-out sofa bed, alongside a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Please note that the first floor does not connect to the second floor via interior stairs.

Inside, enjoy cozy cave comfort across two living rooms, each featuring a 55” ROKU TV. The home is a haven for entertainment, offering arcade games, board games, and a dedicated children’s playroom fully stocked with a pack ’n play, high chair, books, and toys. The main kitchen on the second floor provides spacious counters and dining for 8, while the lower-level kitchenette includes a mini fridge and coffee maker for late-night snacks.
