Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This property is dog-friendly for up to two pets (maximum 25 lbs each); a non-refundable fee of $100 for the first pet and $50 for the second applies. No cats are allowed. Rentals are restricted to families and adults over the age of 25, with a photo ID of the main renter required prior to arrival. Guests are strictly prohibited from jumping off the upper deck. Please note that the boat and boat lift are for owner use only and are not available for rental. An optional Sea Isle Amenities Fee of $100/week is available for pool access (open Memorial Day through Labor Day).
