Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two levels: the upper level features a primary bedroom with a King bed and an en-suite full bath with a tub/shower combo. The lower level houses the second bedroom with a King bed and a third bunk room equipped with two sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds. This level also includes a shared full bath with a separate vanity area.

The heart of the home is a wide-open floor plan where the kitchen, dining area, and living room flow together seamlessly. Guests can gather around the custom rock gas fireplace on a large comfortable sectional or utilize the dedicated home office desk for remote work. For entertainment, the lower level boasts an awesome bonus game room complete with a pool table, foosball table, a large flatscreen TV, a sofa, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
