Designed for maximum flexibility, the layout provides both privacy and community. The top floor is a full unit with three bedrooms, its own kitchen, and a living area. The middle level mirrors this convenience with another three bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. Additionally, the lower level features its own private bedroom. When it is time to come together, the central sports-themed common area serves as the heart of the home, featuring an arcade, a sports bar, a theater room with tiered seating for ultimate viewing, and a shared large kitchen and dining area for group meals.

Sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate a large party:

• Lower Level: Bedroom 1 with 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin over Full Bunk
• Middle Level: Bedroom 2 with 2 Queen Beds, Bedroom 3 with 1 King Bed, and Bedroom 4 with 1 King Bed
• Upper Level: Bedroom 5 with 1 Queen Bed and 1 Queen over Queen Bunk, Bedroom 6 with 1 King Bed, and Bedroom 7 with 1 King Bed
