House Rules: THIS PROPERTY IS UNDER VIDEO SURVEILLANCE **Cameras are located on the exterior of the home overlooking the front door, driveway and backyard facing away from the home. • I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. • No smoking • The home will be ready for Check-in between 4-6pm AZ time • No parties or events • Pets upon approval with fee applied • The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.

Other Information: • Applied if applicable - $75 pet fee/dog. We ask that all dog poops be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. To be paid separately after booking via booking channel. • ***If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without PaseoHomesAZ approval you may be subject to a fine. • Prefer No Cats • You will have the whole home to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomesAZ. • A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your check in time via email. • Uber & Lyft are easily accessible in our area for ease of transportation

• We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors • IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit and lease agreement. • We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud. • Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required. • ***RENTAL CONTRACT: A SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS AND MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PLEASE NOTE: The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s). During ALL hour’s noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level. This is not a party house.

This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 21313476.

We do not permit any Airbnb Services or Experiences of any kind at this property. This includes third-party bookings made through the Airbnb Experiences platform. Any guest who attempts to host or bring an Airbnb-related Service or Experience onto the premises without our prior written approval will have their reservation cancelled immediately, with no refund issued.

Checkout Instructions Before you leave, please: Collect personal items - double-check closets and drawers. Lock doors and windows securely. Turn off lights. Set thermostat to 74°F.
