Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood, the home features a sun-drenched open concept living and kitchen area boasting panoramic views of Lake Wānaka and the surrounding mountains. The layout consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The master bedroom offers a super king bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed and wardrobe, while the kids bedroom is equipped with two sets of king single bunk beds and a wardrobe. Every room provides breathtaking views of the mountain ranges and quality bedding for a restful night.

To keep you warm regardless of the season, the home is equipped with central heating and a cosy gas fireplace. For those engaging in outdoor sports, the property includes a dedicated drying room with external access, a timed heater, and an extraction fan, perfect for skis, snowboards, or biking gear. The spacious living area is enhanced by a 65” TV with Netflix and a Sonos sound system, while the large modern kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs.

Ideally situated near the best of the region's natural beauty, guests are just a 5-minute bike ride from Sticky Forest and a 5-minute drive to the Mt Iron walking track. Roys Peak and Glendhu Bay are 13 minutes away, with Cardrona Alpine Resort (25 minutes) and Treble Cone Ski Area (40 minutes) nearby. Additionally, guests enjoy access to the Peninsula Bay Club facility, located a 3-minute drive away, which includes a main pool, toddler pool, two spa pools, a gym, and BBQs.

Note: Until May 2026 (excluding Christmas and the following two weeks), building work is taking place on the neighbouring property. Noise may be audible between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Despite this, the home remains a welcoming and comfortable sanctuary for your visit.
