The sleeping arrangements are uniquely themed to celebrate the seasons year-round: the Autumn Room and Valentines Room upstairs both offer luxurious king-size memory foam mattresses, private en-suite bathrooms with oval soaking tubs, and French doors leading to a scenic upper deck. The lower level hosts the patriotic Fourth of July Room with a king bed and private bath, along with a cozy log-cabin style Bunk Room featuring a twin-over-full bed. Additional flexible sleeping includes two queen futons in the living and pool table rooms, and a twin day bed with a trundle in the movie theater.

The property is accessed via curved paved roads and a final private gravel lane, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere with ample parking for 4-7 cars.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This is a strictly non-smoking interior. The property is dog-friendly for up to two kennel-trained dogs under 50 lbs, subject to a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please note that the yard is not fenced. A $300 security authorization hold is required upon arrival. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
