No smoking anything inside our home or outside with the doors/windows open. This will result in immediate eviction.
2 Pets are welcome at some of our pet-friendly properties with a fee of $100 per pet. Please refer to the listing to see if pets are available for your booking. Size restrictions apply. If you have a dog and we have not been informed or a fee has not been paid, this will result in immediate eviction.
Please don’t attempt open locked closet—this holds some of our family’s personal items.
Please close the drapes and shutters whenever you are leaving the home—this will keep the place nice and cool.
Please ensure the air conditioning is turned down/off when you leave the home.
Contact us if something breaks or needs servicing—we understand that accidents happen but knowing when they do helps. This also allows us ensure we can get things fixed or replaced, in most cases during your stay.
Respect our neighbors and keep noise levels/times reasonable. This goes for all your guests and pets (if applicable).
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am
If you have a pet join you on your trip, please clean up after it each time and do not let your pet scratch or damage our furniture, walls, etc. We greatly appreciate your extra efforts on this.
Any damage to the property is the financial responsibility of the guest.
Signature of rental agreement is required.

In terms of heating and cooling upon check out: In the warmer months, please turn AC to 80 before leaving. In the cooler months, please turn heat to 60 before leaving.
