The sleeping arrangements are split evenly, with two bedrooms located upstairs and two downstairs. For those with mobility needs, the main floor is step-free, encompassing the living area, kitchen, and two en-suite bedrooms, though the basement is accessible via stairs only.

• Trash: Must be taken to the bear-proof receptacles outside
• Grilling: A charcoal BBQ grill is available; guests must bring their own charcoal and use the provided ash bucket for disposal
• Linens: Sheets for the downstairs sleeper sofa are located in a clear bag in the closet; please leave used sheets on the cushions upon departure
