The sleeping arrangements are split evenly, with two bedrooms located upstairs and two downstairs. For those with mobility needs, the main floor is step-free, encompassing the living area, kitchen, and two en-suite bedrooms, though the basement is accessible via stairs only.

- Grilling: A charcoal BBQ grill is available; guests must bring their own charcoal and use the provided ash bucket for disposal
- Linens: Sheets for the downstairs sleeper sofa are located in a clear bag in the closet; please leave used sheets on the cushions upon departure

Before you leave, we'd appreciate a few small things: place any used dishes in the sink, take your leftover food from the fridge with you (or bag it with the trash), and bag any food trash into the outdoor bear-proof bins — this is bear country, and food trash left indoors can attract bears. No need to wash anything — that's on us. Please lock up when you leave.
