By confirming your booking you agree to adhere to the Rental Rules set forth in this listing.

★ All guests must be 25+ (children w/parents allowed)

★ No Pets (due to owner allergies, animals aren't allowed)

★ Check in time is 4pm, and check out time is 10am. No early check-in or Late check-out. Failure to depart by check out time will result in an additional $50 per half hour penalty, as our cleaner is on a strict schedule.

★ Please be respectful of our property and others in the neighborhood

★ You will likely see and hear critters. Please keep windows and doors closed at all times.

★ Absolutely No Smoking, No Vaping, No Drugs on Premises.

★ Absolutely No Parties

★ Absolutely no fires inside or out, including candles.

★ Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. If you plan to party do not book this cabin. It is our home and you must treat it with respect. If a party is discovered to be taking place at our cabin, the police will be called and you will be escorted from the cabin with no refund. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.

★ Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, foosball table, arcade, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc, are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. We will find it and charge you regardless. It is our home. Treat it as if it were you own.

★ All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

★ HOT TUB: We have a hot tub on our back deck for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm.

★ We do not offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, or national park closures. Mountain roads can be curvy. We do not refund due to road conditions.

★ Please note: we regularly treat and maintain our cabin to minimize intrusion of bugs and other pests. However, when you're near the woods pests are not 100% preventable. We cannot offer refunds due to bugs or other pests.

WHEN BOOKING PLEASE NOTE: ★ We only accept bookings from guests who have completed their full ID verification. ★ For bookings of 2 or more people, the full name of the additional guests must be provided at the time of booking. ★ We do not accept third party bookings. ★ No outside guests, only those named on the booking are allowed on the premises.

Failure to comply with the above rules will result in additional charges. Confirming your booking assigns your consent to all listed under "House Rules." A violation of any of these rules may result in cancellation of your remaining reservation without reimbursement and a $500 violation fee plus damages. Thank you for respecting our property.
