Sleeping Arrangements The condo is configured with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Each bedroom serves as a private retreat with its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is a highlight of the home, featuring a king size bed and opening to stunning mountain views. The second bedroom also offers a king size bed for premium comfort, while the living area includes a queen pullout sofa to provide additional sleeping space.

Key Features & Amenities While the suite is designed with every guest's enjoyment in mind, please note that this unit does not have AC. Highlights of the space include:

Whether you are here to explore nearby ski hills or discover hiking and golfing opportunities, there is no shortage of things to do.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. To maintain the home, shoes must be removed indoors and smoking is strictly prohibited inside (outdoor smoking only). Only registered guests are permitted overnight, and parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be mindful of tidiness; excessive mess or late check-outs may result in hourly fees. Fobs must be returned to the key rack upon departure.

Pets are not allowed per the property's primary structured guidelines. Guests will be asked for government-issued photo ID for verification. For peace of mind, guests may choose between a non-refundable damage waiver (covering up to $250) or a refundable safety deposit via the Guest App. Support is available until 2 AM.
