Guest Notes: Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at the neighboring resort to the north, which may be visible along the drive and in north-facing views. Additionally, due to the property's location near the barrier reef and prevailing trade winds, sargassum may be present along the shoreline. While the villa is oceanfront, the immediate beach area is not ideal for swimming; however, the on-site caretaker and concierge team can recommend the best nearby swimming spots and arrange activities such as snorkeling, fishing, and Mayan ruin tours.
