Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property where parties are strictly prohibited. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and present at the property throughout the rental period. While the property is generally pet-free per structured data, the house rules allow for a maximum of 2 small dogs (under 40 lbs each) with a non-refundable fee of $75 plus tax per pet; pets must be crated if left unattended and are never permitted in the pool or pool area. Parking is recommended for no more than 3 vehicles.
