Escape to The Raven House, a secluded Bryson City cabin featuring long-range mountain views, a private hot tub, and a full game room nestled on a quiet mountainside overlooking a peaceful valley. This mountain retreat offers the perfect base for exploring the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad, hiking in the Smokies, or rafting at the Nantahala Outdoor Center.
The cabin comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, including two king-size bedrooms and an open-concept living area with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. The space features 1 large bathroom with a double vanity, complete with a bathtub and modern amenities.
Redesigned in 2023 by Company 114 Interiors, the cabin blends modern comfort with relaxed mountain style throughout its thoughtfully appointed spaces. The garage has been transformed into an entertainment haven with a ping pong table, darts, and shuffleboard table for hours of indoor fun.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets and children are welcome but should be supervised, as the cabin sits on a steep ridge without a fully fenced area. For safety, an exterior security camera faces the driveway. Cell service can be spotty in the mountains, so screenshot directions before arrival. Please note: no arrivals or departures on December 24 or December 25.

PET POLICY: We consider our dog to be part of the family and are delighted to welcome well-mannered dogs (no cats) to our cabin. To ensure a safe & comfortable stay for all of our guests & neighbors we require the following:
- Dogs must be supervised outside, and we recommend keeping on a leash or lead as we don't have a fenced area and the neighboring cabins often host pets as well.
- We recommend dogs be crated when left alone at the cabin as even well behaved pets can become anxious in a new environment.
- Pets must be house-trained and guests are expected to clean up after their pets and dispose of animal excrement in gray trash cans outside.
- Pets must be clean (paw wipes/cloths provided) before coming in from outside and drape blankets (we provide several at the cabin) over furniture where pets are lounging.
- No puppies. Pets must be at least one year old and potty-trained.
- Guests are responsible for their dogs' behavior and actions throughout the duration of their stay. Dogs must be well-behaved, properly trained, and socialized to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, destruction of property, or any other disturbances may result in immediate action, including the termination of the stay.
- Pet Fee: $50 Nonrefundable fee is collected to cover additional cleaning expenses and supplies. If any property is damaged, guests are responsible to cover the cost of replacement/repair.
HOT TUB RULES:
- Rinse off before entering and DO NOT use any lotions/oils in the hot tub.
- Children must be supervised while in the hot tub.
- No pets allowed in hot tub.
- No glass allowed inside or near hot tub.
- Replace and buckle hot tub cover when not in use.
NO unregistered guests (pet or human). Maximum occupancy: 6 persons
No smoking inside cabin (including game room).
No drug use of any kind on the property.
DO NOT flush anything down the toilet besides toilet paper and what nature made. We are on septic so feminine products and other objects will cause the toilet to clog and overflow... not so fun in a house with one bathroom.

FEES
- Smoking: $350 fee for smoking to cover having the cabin cleaned of smoke in air/ fabric and air filters for our next guests. Guests are also responsible for repaying losses due to cancellations of future bookings on account of smoking damage.
- Damages: Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges to repair or replace.
- Late Checkout: guests checking out between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm will incur fee of $75, after 12:00 pm guest will be charged for an additional night as this interferes with cleaning before the next guest arrives. Late checkout may sometimes be accommodated upon request depending upon availability.
