BALCONY RULES:

TRASH & RECYCLE:
A quick note on what to do with your trash. In the Highrise units, most of your trash can be placed in a plastic bag, tied, and dropped down the trash chute located in the breezeway close to the elevators. In the cottage units, and if you have bulky waste, please use the dumpsters located in the garages. At North Coast Village we have a recycling program for plastics, bottles, and newspapers. They can be put in the labeled recycle containers found near the trash chutes and dumpsters. Please do not put trash in the recycle bins. If the large dumpsters are not in the garages, it means it's trash day and they have been taken to the road so you will need to go there to dispose of garbage.
