The spacious layout is designed for large groups, featuring 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. The sleeping arrangements include two king bedrooms on the upper level, two queen bedrooms on the main floor, one full bedroom on the lower level, and a custom bunk room equipped with two twin-over-twin built-in bunk beds.

Inside, you will find brand new everything, from luxury finishes and mattresses to high-end linens. The main level boasts a bright open-concept living area with a large stone fireplace, plush new furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a Keurig carafe/single-cup combo. A dining table for eight is perfectly positioned against a wall of greenery and windows that frame sweeping vistas. For entertainment, the lower level is a dream, featuring a second living area with another stone fireplace, a double-hoop indoor basketball game, an arcade table, darts, and Plinko, while the bunk room includes a Playstation 5.

Outdoor living is emphasized with two large decks providing abundant seating. Guests can relax in the large covered hot tub, gather around the gas fire pit, or enjoy a meal from the large gas grill. For active fun, cornhole and ladder ball are available on-site.
