Vacation homes are self-catering. (That means that you are responsible for your own shopping during your stay.) As a courtesy and for your convenience we provide a starter kit of toiletries.

We expect that all guests staying at any of our vacation homes treat the home respectfully and take care of it as it was their own.

The property will be checked immediately after departure. Towels, sheets and all linens are inventoried before and after each guest’s stay. Guest will be charged for any damaged or missing items.

2. Sitting down with wet swimming suits on sofa chairs or bed is prohibited.

3. Please make sure all pool towels are returned to the unit before check out there is a surcharge fee of 25 dollars per towel missing.

4. Due to state fire regulations under no circumstances should the following occupancy be exceeded: Maximum occupancy includes children and infants. (Unless previously advised, no more than the maximum number occupants can occupy the home.)

5. Under age visitors are not allowed by themselves in the property. Must be +21 or older.

6. Keep in mind that Playa Del Carmen has a tropical climate, there must be extra care taken with food that is leR uncovered. Uncovered food can attract insects or other animals very quickly.

7. Upon check out, please make sure you collect and take any trash outside of the home use the bins located inside the glass door under stairs of each building to dispose the garbage (bagged).

8. Upon check out, the home must be in orderly condition.

9. Do not use bath towels for pool or day trips, because that would be considered as a missing towel charge.

10. Please, do not bring sand into the apartment. if you go to the beach, take a shower at the beach’s shower before re-entering into the unit.

11. Liability: No claim can be made on the owners or managing agents for accidents, loss or injury (however caused).

12. Please leave all linens and towels in the home. If you wish to help our housekeeping team, (although not necessary but highly appreciated) please place all used bedding on each bedroom’s bed folded and all used towels in the laundry room.

13. Long stays (7 nights+) should cover a damage waiver of 59 dollars per stay, and at least include one mid-stay cleaning. Contact the host for pricing.

14. Mid stay cleaning are recommended and are mandatory for extended stays.

15. Please make sure the sliding cristal doors facing the terrace are closed, while AC is on or turn off the AC if you remain the doors opened.

16. Right to Evict any person , for the following reasons:

• Disorderly conduct

• Nonpayment Using the premises for an unlawful purpose or act

• Bringing property onto the premises that may be dangerous to others

No events or parties in the property. No Pets Policy - Pets are not permitted in the property. (Not even service dogs). No under age visitors by themselves are allowed No Smoking Policy - All properties are non-smoking units, please avoid being fined.
