You're strategically located near Buc-ee's on Exit 407 (the world's largest convenience store), 30 minutes from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge Parkway, and 40 minutes from Townsend's peaceful attractions including Cades Cove. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Wilderness of The Smokies are easily accessible for outdoor enthusiasts.

Important Guest Information: A $300 refundable security deposit and signed rental agreement are required prior to check-in. Pet fee is $75 for up to 2 pets maximum. Guests must be 21+ years old. The hot tub is restricted to adult use only with no alcohol permitted nearby. Strictly no smoking inside the cabin or on decks, and no open flames except the provided grill and fireplace (unauthorized fires incur $100 fee plus damages). Maximum occupancy of 10 guests is strictly enforced with no exceptions - violations result in immediate removal without refunds. Enhanced cleaning protocols prevent early check-ins. Pool access requires a keyring found in the cabin (replacement fees apply if lost). Remember to bring your own charcoal for grilling, and never leave food unattended outside due to bear activity in the area.
