Every bedroom is equipped with plush mattresses, 55" Smart TVs, and cozy fireplaces to ensure a restful stay.

Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Wears Valley, Eagle's Vista provides a tranquil atmosphere away from the traffic of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Guests are only 4 miles from the Smoky Mountain National Park (Metcalf Bottoms) entrance. The location also offers convenient access to Dollywood, The Island, Ober, Cades Cove, and nearby adventures like horseback riding and the Skylift.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not available; late departures incur a fee of $50 per half hour. The property is strictly non-smoking and vaping-free, with a minimum $500 fee for violations. Pets are not allowed. The minimum age to reserve the cabin is 25. Please note that parties are prohibited and maximum occupancy must be respected. Due to the mountainous terrain, 4WD and tire chains are required during adverse winter conditions. Thermostats are locked between 65-75 degrees. A floodlight camera is active at the exterior entryway for security and occupancy compliance.
