Layout & Sleeping Arrangements This cozy home features 1 bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed and 1 bathroom. For additional guests, the living area includes a pull-out sleeper sofa, allowing the cabin to accommodate up to 4 guests.

Key Features & Amenities While the cabin is designed for a stress-free stay, please note that general amenities are provided as follows:

• Fully appointed kitchen with cookware, dishes, and a Keurig-style coffee maker (pods not provided)
• Living area with comfortable seating and a TV

• Private en-suite bathroom featuring an indoor jacuzzi tub located right in the bedroom area

Location & Neighborhood Situated within the Eagles Ridge Resort, Cuddly Bear is tucked away enough for quiet relaxation while remaining just over 1 mile from the Pigeon Forge Parkway. You are minutes away from local restaurants, shopping, Dollywood, and various attractions. The property is surrounded by quiet, wooded scenery, providing a secluded atmosphere that is still close to all the action the Smokies have to offer.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This is a pet-friendly property for dogs; however, cats are not permitted due to allergies. A pet fee of $80 per stay applies. Guests are asked to bring a blanket if their pets like to sit on the furniture and ensure pets are well-behaved.

For your convenience, a starter kit is provided containing 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, paper towels, 3 trash bags, hand soap, and 3 dishwasher tabs. Guests are encouraged to bring additional essentials for longer stays. Additionally, please do not turn the fridge temperature above the recommended setting.
