1. CHECK IN AND OUT Check-in is at 4 P.M. and checkout is at 10 A.M.
2. OCCUPANCY LIMIT The city of Oceanside has an occupancy limit for all vacation rentals, which we also honor. For a 5-bedroom home, the max occupancy is 12 persons. If found in violation of occupancy the fine issued is $100/day.
3. QUIET HOURS Outside quiet hours begin at 10 pm.
4. DOOR, GATE, AND GARAGE ACCESS The front door, side gates and garage should be kept closed and locked at all times so that owners and guests can maintain as much security as possible. When entering or exiting the garage, please make sure that the garage door closes properly before leaving the area. This helps to prevent unauthorized people from entering the property.
5. NO SMOKING! There is no smoking allowed inside the home, on the balcony, or patio. Violation is subject to $500 charge on your credit card.
6. GARBAGE Please utilize the inside and outside garbages during your stay. On trash day it is the tenants responsibility to take the outdoor trash can to the curb to be emptied. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $100.
7. DISPOSAL AND PLUMBING Large amounts of food shall not go down the drain. Please place excess food in the garbage. Pasta, rice, coffee grounds and cereal shall never go down kitchen sink. Do not place anything besides toilet tissue in the toilets.
8. BARBEQUE GRILL You must clean the BBQ during your stay if you use it. Failure to clean it will result in a fine.
9. RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBORS Please understand this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties and events are not allowed. Music should never be played so loud that it can be heard at neighboring properties. No excessive noise shall be permitted within or outside the home at any time
10. NO PETS Absolutely no pets are allowed inside the home. If evidence of pets is found a $500 fine will be charged.
11. DAMAGES AND GUEST CHARGES Tenants shall be responsible for any and all damages that arise during their visit, including all damages sustained by their guests or invitees. If we find any items missing or damaged or any citations issued to the home, the credit card on file will be charged automatically after your stay to cover these costs.
12. CHILD SAFETY Children are to be supervised at all times and not allowed on decks or near stairs without an adult supervising.
13. INSIDE INVENTORY Please do not take outside any blankets, pillows or furniture meant to be inside. Only beach towels and beach equipment may go outside.
14. All Posted Hot Tub rules must be followed. Use of the Hot Tub is at the guests own risk and liability.
