The layout is designed to bring the outdoors in, with large windows and bedrooms that open directly onto the porch to showcase the stunning scenery.

Please do not put loose trash in the outside bin. This bin is for bagged trash only. This helps the cleaning crew to be able to remove the trash efficiently.
Our establishment has a strict no-smoking and no-pets policy. This policy is in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. We kindly request that you refrain from smoking on the property or bringing any pets with you. Violations of this policy can lead to an unpleasant experience for future guests.
To reinforce the importance of this policy, if evidence of smoking or pets is found on the property, it will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee. This fee is necessary to restore the property to its original state and eliminate any potential allergens or odors that may arise.
Security deposit required of $300. Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card.
There is an old piano in the living area upstairs and we ask guests to please refrain from playing the piano.
