• Entry: Contactless self-check-in via a smart lock system with a unique access code provided prior to arrival.
• Parking: Private entrance with driveway parking.
• Pets: House-trained cats and dogs are welcome (maximum of 3 pets). Pets must be kept off furniture and bedding, and waste must be picked up. A $200 cleaning fee is assessed for pets. Pets are strictly prohibited in the pool; a $200 fee applies if pet hair is found in the filter.
• Smoking: Prohibited indoors (violators will be charged a $300 fee). Outdoor smoking is permitted provided all windows and doors remain tightly closed.
• Noise: No loud music or excessive noise is permitted to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise may result in reservation cancellation without a refund.
• Requirements: Guests must complete a pre-arrival form and sign the rental conditions before their stay.
• Other: Lost keys or remotes incur a $125 charge. Please note that landscapers, pest control, and pool services visit weekly and will knock before accessing the backyard. The private swimming pool is heated to 85 degrees at no extra cost from November through April.
