Hot tub users should avoid soaps, oils, or lotions to prevent damage charges. As this mountain property is in a natural setting, occasional wildlife sightings and harmless insects are possible. Weather-related power outages may occur November through April with no refunds issued. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM with no exceptions unless pre-arranged.
