The cabin is designed for relaxation and comfort, featuring 2 bedrooms with King beds and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with night lamps and flat-screen TVs for bedtime entertainment, while the adjoining bathrooms include a combination shower and tub.

The heart of the home is the living room, where a big gas fireplace creates a warm focal point surrounded by large, comfy sofas. For those who love to cook, the fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, crock pot, and toaster, alongside all necessary pots and pans. A gas grill is also available on the deck for those craving grilled steaks or chicken wings, though guests are responsible for providing their own propane or charcoal.

Step outside to experience true mountain serenity. The spacious decks feature rocking chairs perfect for sipping morning coffee or reading a book while taking in the views. For ultimate relaxation, the hot tub provides a soothing escape after a day of exploring.

Located within the Eagle Springs Resort, the property is situated in a peaceful and secluded community. Guests have access to a seasonal outdoor community pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day) and a picnic pavilion. While the cabin feels tucked away in nature, it is just a quick drive to the attractions of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville, including Dollywood, world-class hiking trails, and various museums.

Adult renters must be over the age of 25. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by parents and/or adults over the age of 25, who make up the majority of the party. Our cabin is meant for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, so we do not allow disruptive gatherings, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, loud celebrations, or any events that may disturb the tranquility of the space. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our home and neighbors Per our insurance policy and to complete the reservation process, we are required to have a copy of YOUR photo ID. We also will need a list of guests and ages as well. Any pets (for non-pet-friendly cabins) or extra people brought to the cabin are a rules violation and will result in an extra charge of $500 and immediate removal with no refund. Guest late check out is billed at $50/hour round up every 30 min. Smoking tobacco/marijuana/other inside is a $500 fee WAIVER OF LIABILITY for rentals with the following amenities: Pool/Hot Tub: You understand that the use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub/pool. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from the use of the hot tub/pool and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that the hot tub/pool may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the hot tub/pool, or if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the hot tub/pool while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or uses the hot tub if pregnant. FRAUD & FALSE CLAIMS POLICY We take guest satisfaction seriously. However, we will report fraudulent claims, staged photos, or attempts to receive discounts or refunds without a valid cause directly to the booking channel. We store documentation for all properties. Any concerns must be reported immediately with documentation upon discovery so we can promptly correct them. We reserve the right to dispute any claim that does not align with property condition reports. Requests for refunds made after checkout, without prior communication, or that are inconsistent with records may be denied, and the profile may be reported.
