• Bedroom Four: 1 King Bed Note: Twin beds are recommended for children only.

• Rules: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise monitoring is in place; disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM may result in fines up to $1,000 and eviction.
• Access: Entry codes are provided 48 hours prior to arrival. Guests do not have independent access to the Ventanas Beach Club per building policies.
• Security: Exterior cameras are active only between guest stays; there are no interior cameras.
• Additional: Pack-n-plays are available for $10/night upon request.
