The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two floors: the third floor features a primary bedroom with a king bed and private ensuite shower, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and shared full bath, and a bunk room with a full-over-full bunk bed and trundle. The first floor provides another guest bedroom with a king bed and a second bunk room featuring a full-over-full bunk bed with trundle, both utilizing shared full bathrooms.

Inside, the home evokes a classic mountain atmosphere with exposed beam ceilings, leather furniture, and a stacked-stone wood-burning fireplace in the cozy living room. The open-concept layout includes a fully equipped kitchen boasting granite countertops, a center island for two, and high-end Maytag appliances with double ovens.
